These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the operation of the Luzia World Cup Brackets, a free, skill-based promotional contest (the “Contest”) organized by Factoría Elcano, S.L.U. (“Luzia” or the “Organizer”). The Contest is hosted within the Luzia mobile app and is open to eligible participants in accordance with the conditions set forth below. By expressly accepting these Terms through the mechanism provided in the App, each participant agrees to be bound by them.

1. DEFINITIONS

In these Terms, the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth below. Terms defined in the singular shall include the plural, and vice versa.

"App": Luzia's mobile app for iOS and Android.

"Brackets": the World Cup prediction feature available within the app, through which participants submit match predictions and their Top 4 predictions and earn points based on their accuracy.

“Contest”: the free, skill-based promotional contest “Luzia World Cup Brackets,” governed by these Terms.

"Deadline": June 11, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. (CEST, Madrid), corresponding to the scheduled start time of the tournament's opening match.

“League”: a ranking in which participants are ordered based on their total score in accordance with these Terms. A participant may belong to multiple Leagues at the same time.

“Match Prediction”: a prediction made by a participant regarding a specific match, as described in Clause 6.

“Official Results Source”: the external soccer data provider designated by the Organizer and integrated into the App (currently: [●]/API-Football), from which match results are obtained to calculate scores and resolve disputes. In the event of unavailability, material error, or disruption on the part of the designated provider, the Organizer may designate another reliable source, in accordance with Clause 14.3.

“Organizer” or “Luzia”: Factoría Elcano, S.L.U., identified in greater detail in Clause 2.

"Private Brackets": a user-created league that can only be accessed using a five (5)-character alphanumeric invitation code.

"Public Brackets": the only global public league operated by the Organizer and open to all eligible participants, using the default scoring system.

"Top 4 Prediction": A participant's prediction of the four teams that will finish in the top four positions in the tournament, as well as the specific position of each team.

“Tournament”: the international men’s soccer championship to be held between June and July 2026. The Organizer is not affiliated with the governing body of said championship (see Clause 3.3).

2.1 The Contest is organized by Factoría Elcano, S.L.U., which operates under the brand name “Luzia,” with its registered office at C/ Marqués de la Ensenada 2, Madrid, Spain, and Tax ID Number B-13883186.

3. THE CONTEST; NATURE AND INDEPENDENCE

3.1 Skill-Based Competition

The Contest is a skills contest. The results depend solely on each participant’s knowledge of soccer, their analysis of team performance, and their informed judgment in predicting outcomes—not on chance. There is no element of a drawing, lottery, or random mechanism that influences the scores or rankings.

The Contest is not a lottery, raffle, bet, or game of chance, and does not require any payment to participate or to improve a participant’s standing. Nor does it constitute gambling or an activity regulated under Law 13/2011 on the regulation of gambling in Spain, the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of the United States, or any equivalent regulations.

If a competent authority determines that the Contest requires a gaming license or constitutes a regulated activity in a particular jurisdiction, the Organizer will immediately suspend participation from that jurisdiction until the situation is resolved.

3.2 No purchase or payment required

Participation is completely free. No registration fee, micropayment, purchase, or paid feature is required or permitted to participate or improve your chances of winning.

3.3 Not affiliated

The Contest is organized independently by Luzia. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise associated with FIFA, any confederation, federation, television network, or official tournament body.

References to the Tournament, the participating national teams, and the match schedule are used solely to identify the actual events being predicted and do not imply any association, sponsorship, or endorsement. All third-party trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
