University Ambassador Luzia
The Luzia University Ambassadors Program selects students to represent the brand within universities, creating a local presence that is authentic and connected to academic life.
It is an opportunity for students interested in marketing, communication, research, technology, and community building, with creative freedom and flexibility.
Responsibilities:
1. Relationship with student organizations
Act as a point of connection between Luzia and academic centers, athletic teams, junior companies, leagues, collectives, and other student organizations.
Introduce Luzia to campus leaders, map internal opportunities, and facilitate conversations for content partnerships, research, or activations.
Sign one partnership per semester, with at least one internal activation.
2. Support for research and activations
Support student research on a biweekly basis, including recruitment, feedback collection, follow-up, and dissemination of research and forms in academic groups (class groups, academic centers, athletic groups, and student communities).
Assist in organizing small in-person events on campus, when necessary, and co-create with the Luzia 1 team one brand activation per month.
Also support visibility initiatives on campus, such as:
- Distribution of promotional materials;
- Support in placing posters in authorized areas;
- Local promotion of Luzia events, activations, and research initiatives;
- Dissemination of surveys, forms, and invitations for interviews in academic groups.
3. Production of university content
Create original content about academic life, including study routines, campus culture, events, tips, and trends.
Produce four pieces of content per month for the Luzia app and for the Instagram and TikTok channels.
