Overview

Luzia AI, the fastest-growing AI consumer company in Europe, is looking for a highly-analytical, results-oriented and customer-centric App Product Manager to join our Product team. Backed by Silicon Valley investors (Khosla Ventures, A*), Luzia aims to transform its conversational capabilities to unparalleled standards, using state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs) and alignment techniques.

With over 30 million users WW in under 12 months, we are on a mission to bring Luzia, a friendly, multifunctional personal assistant, to everyone. This product is designed to organize, simplify and enrich everyday life. 

As part of the Product team, and with a strong focus on our Android and iOS mobile apps, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, shape and execute a product roadmap that positions Luzia as the preferred AI-powered personal assistant in the world, while growing the user base and contributing to sustain the business model.

Responsibilities

- Work directly with the top management of the company to define the future of the Luzia app.

- Help define and shape our App product roadmap, understanding business and user needs and opportunities based on a combination of internal and external data.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other teams, prioritize work and help turn technology into innovative products that solve our user needs.

- Understand Luzia's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.

- Develop and maintain robust product documentation and requirements that improve internal processes and help to provide scope for engineering development.

- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.

- Design and drive experiments to test hypotheses and form actionable recommendations. Present to business leaders and drive decisions.

- Understand the business needs and produce insightful analyses for stakeholders (CEO, Leadership, Marketing, etc)

- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

- 4+ years in a similar Product Management role, preferably at an internet/mobile/AI company.

- Experience building B2C mobile apps, ideally targeted at young audiences.

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.

- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams and ability to influence.

- Experience gathering business requirements, defining product requirements and using business intelligence tools to extract data, formulate metrics, and build reports.

- Experience leading multiple projects with multiple stakeholders within tight timelines

- Solid attention to detail, design and UX.

- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and AI technologies.

- Genuine user-centric and data-driven mindsets.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Full professional proficiency in English. Spanish is a plus.

Hybrid (Madrid preferred; CET time zone mandatory).

Compensation

Negotiable based on experience, qualifications, and location.
